1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We only provide returns or refunds for products with manufacturing defects or defects incurred during transit. Please note that each product is thoroughly tested before shipping to minimize the likelihood of any defects upon arrival.
2. Process for Returns and Refunds

- For online payment orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment mode within 10–15 working days after the returned item is received and approved.
- For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account after successful KYC verification, within 10–15 working days after the returned item is received and approved.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, self-damage, or any modifications, such as wire cuts, are not eligible for return or refund.
- No returns or refunds will be provided for orders once they have been dispatched unless the product is damaged during transit.
