I recently installed the X2 Plus Lumevo Fog Light on my bike, and it’s been an excellent upgrade. The build quality is solid, with a sturdy aluminium body that handles heat and weather perfectly. The brightness and beam clarity are outstanding — it provides wide, focused illumination that works great in fog, rain, and complete darkness. The dual-beam modes make it versatile for both city and highway rides. Installation was simple, and the lights have shown zero flicker, overheating, or water issues. They also give the bike a premium, stylish look. Overall, the X2 Plus Lumevo Fog Light delivers powerful performance, reliability, and design excellence. Highly recommended for anyone who values clear visibility and safety on the road.

The lights are being the best as i expect them to be.. The throw on the roads and specially the low beam yellow and combo of high beam white is the best suitable for every use. No matter it is city, highways, ghats just turn them on and see the magic whole road is yours. The lights give you soo much confidence which is enough to go at any speeds without having any problems of visibility. I am really happy worth the investment.

Lumevo X2 Plus is a must have for riding in the night. I saw a comparison video of X2 vs another brand and decided to go with Lumevo X2 Plus after watching that. The high and low beam versions are very helpful and it is very powerful. Good support has been provided by the team in sharing installation video & also to check if any assistance was needed. Go for it! Do not have any second thoughts about this, you will love it

My Ride: R.E Himalayan 450 poppy blue.

My Recommendation: Better to go for X2 as it can provide enough confidence both city and Highway even in offroad condition.

I have owned Lumevo X2 plus. Its an amazing product. It solve all my issues facing in highway even when its raining. Its power consumption is also within a safe limit. Don’t waste your money and time on other popular brands available in market as they looks good when its new, but after a year the intensity gets down. Only this company provide you warranty alone with lifetime repair support. Thanks Lumevo.

What’s the best mounting location for the X2 Plus on a Scrambler 400X for versatile city and highway use—fork mount below the headlight or on the OEM crash guard? Which option offers better stability, accessibility, and durability? Any tips for fine-tuning the setup? Balamurugan asked on March 5, 2026

The best mounting location for the X2 Plus on the Scrambler 400X is typically the crash guard.

Mounting on the crash guard allows the lights to be placed further apart, which improves beam spread and overall road coverage. It also tends to provide better stability, as crash guards are sturdier mounting points compared to fork mounts. Additionally, lights mounted here are usually easier to access and adjust when needed.

For better durability, we recommend using high-quality mounts that minimize vibrations, as this helps keep the lights stable and extends their lifespan.

A small tip for setup:
When fine-tuning the alignment, sit on the bike in your normal riding position and then adjust the light angle. Ensure the low beam is focused on the road and does not shine into oncoming traffic. This will give you the best balance for both city riding and highway touring.

Recently I purchased KTM ADVENTURE 250 2026, MY HEADLIGHT IS POOR FOR HIGHWAY TOURING IN NIGHT. SO I AM SEARCHING FOR A GOOD FOGLAMP, X2PLUS IS SUITABLE FOR THAT ? AND I WANT TO INSTALL PAIR OR X2 PLUS AND extra MADDOG SCOUT X OR HJG Y. So, If I install 4 light is there any problem ? And if I install any of them separate harness is required for those lights HJG OR MADDOG ? Coz X2 PLUS IR X1 PLUS IS ALREADY HAVE ADAPTER AND HARNESS. And I want to install all lights with your certified engineers is it possible ? I am from KOLKATA. PLEASE GUIDE Please guide Biswajit sethy asked on February 23, 2026

Congratulations on your new KTM Adventure 250 (2026).

Your motorcycle comes with an alternator output of approximately 230 watts, so the X2 Plus (90W total) is perfectly compatible with your bike. You can install it confidently for improved highway visibility at night.

Now regarding installing four lights (X2 Plus + Maddog Scout X or HJG Y):
If you plan to run all four lights together continuously, the combined wattage may come very close to the available surplus power after accounting for the motorcycle’s own electrical consumption. This can potentially affect charging efficiency over long durations.

However:
X2 Plus alone → Completely safe
Using additional lights selectively (not all four together all the time) → Manageable
Running all four at full power continuously → Not recommended

About wiring and harness:
The X2 Plus already comes with a dedicated adapter and harness.
If you install Maddog or HJG lights, they typically require their own separate harness. You can use our Harness and Switch for that purpose.

Regarding installation in Kolkata:
Yes, we can guide you for installation and coordinate accordingly.
Please contact us directly at 9875646946 or use the WhatsApp button available on this page (on top bar) so we can assist you with installation support and proper wiring guidance.

We’ll make sure your setup is safe, clean, and optimized for highway touring.

Can I use Pro X2 Plus in my Guerrilla-450? Already have hjg devil eye waymeker, any power supply or electrical problem may occur? Pappu Mandal asked on February 7, 2026

The Guerrilla 450 comes with an alternator output of 280 watts. Out of this, the motorcycle’s own electrical systems typically consume around 100–120 watts, leaving roughly 160–180 watts available for auxiliary accessories.

The X2 Plus consumes 90 watts in total, and the HJG Devil Eye Waymaker is advertised at around 100 watts. If both auxiliary lights are used together continuously, the combined load would be close to or exceed the available surplus power. Over time, this could lead to battery drain or charging inefficiency.

That said, you can still use both lights safely if they are not operated simultaneously for long durations. Using them for separate purposes and switching them on only when required will not cause any electrical or power-supply issues.

In summary:

X2 Plus alone: Safe to use

X2 Plus + HJG together all the time: Not recommended

Using them selectively based on need: Safe and will not affect the battery or electricals

Being mindful of usage will ensure reliable performance without any long-term issues.
