The high and low beam versions are very helpful and it is very powerful. Good support has been provided by the team in sharing installation video & also to check if any assistance was needed. Would this fog lamp be compatible with tvs ronin 12V 6Ah capacity battery? Shel asked on September 7, 2025
The TVS Ronin is equipped with a 335-watt alternator and a 12V 6Ah battery. The battery capacity alone doesn’t determine the total usable power—the alternator plays a key role as well. With this setup, you can safely use our lights on the TVS Ronin.

How effective is the Lumevo X2 Plus in providing clear long-distance visibility at highway speeds of 80–110 km/h compared to other high-output fog lights? Chethan Reddy asked on September 6, 2025
We don't know about other options, but X2 Plus will allow you to cruise comfortably around 120-140 km/h because of it's intense beam pattern. If you've any more doubts, feel free to reach out to our support number, we will check few more things and guide you with the best options.

Your bike's manual states that the alternator has a maximum power output of approximately 216 watts, and the battery capacity is 14AH. Which makes the total usable power approximately 280watt. The electrical system of the bike uses about 120-140 watts, leaving 140-160 watts of spare power for additional attachments.
The X2 Plus has a maximum power consumption of 90 watts in any operating mode, making it suitable for your bike. So, you can confidently opt for the X2 Plus.

Can I install this on R15m..? If yes, where exactly should it be installed to test its full potential? Swarnadeep asked on August 27, 2025
We wouldn't recommend installing X2 Plus on R15. Because of this reasons.
1. Alternator and Battery won't be able to power X2 Plus.
2. X2 Plus will also look bulky on any sports type motorcycle.
Please go with X1 Plus. There are already few users installed it on R15 and they're quite satisfied with it's performance and position.

Yes, the Lumevo X2 Plus motorcycle fog light is fully compliant with Indian road safety regulations and is legal for use on public roads.
Compliance with AIS-009 (Rev.1):
Our fog lights adhere to the Automotive Industry Standard AIS-009 (Rev.1), which outlines the installation requirements for lighting and light-signaling devices on L-category vehicles (such as motorcycles and scooters). Specifically, our lights produce a sharp horizontal cut-off line set at 1.15° below the horizontal when measured at 10 meters, as specified in section 6.2.6.1.2.1 of the standard.
Efficient Power Usage:
Each unit of the X2 Plus draws under 55W, staying well within the maximum auxiliary lamp power limit defined in UNECE Regulation 19, which is incorporated into Indian regulations through AIS-012.
Controlled Luminous Intensity:
The peak luminous intensity in the critical Zone D does not exceed 11,500 candela, aligning with the photometric requirements outlined in AIS-012 (Part 1) for front fog lamps.
Glare-Free Visibility:
Our beam pattern ensures photometric visibility across ±5° vertically and ±45°/±10° horizontally without causing dazzle, satisfying the geometric visibility criteria specified in AIS-009 (Rev.1).
By meeting these stringent standards, the Lumevo X2 Plus fog lights are not only road legal but also ensure optimal safety and performance for riders.

My Recommendation: Better to go for X2 as it can provide enough confidence both city and Highway even in offroad condition.
I have owned Lumevo X2 plus. Its an amazing product. It solve all my issues facing in highway even when its raining. Its power consumption is also within a safe limit. Don’t waste your money and time on other popular brands available in market as they looks good when its new, but after a year the intensity gets down.
