9. Warranty Registration
After purchase, it is required to register the warranty with a valid invoice within 7 days. To claim the warranty, the product must have the warranty number intact. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects; any physical damage, self-damage, or wire cuts are not covered under warranty. We will not be responsible for providing a warranty for any such damage.

- If it is determined that the product has been used with a third-party harness, the warranty will be void, and we shall not be responsible for any claims.
3. Proper Use and Assembly
- Our products are designed for a complete plug-and-play system, making assembly easy without the need for any wire cutting. Any damage caused by improper installation or modification will not be covered under warranty.
4. Waterproof Standards
- Our products are built to an IP68 waterproof grade, offering protection against splashes and heavy rain. However, they are not intended for underwater use. The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from submersion in water or improper use beyond the intended protection level.
