1. Warranty Coverage

  • We offer a warranty only for manufacturing defects or defects incurred during transit. Each product undergoes rigorous testing before shipping, so the chances of a defect upon arrival are minimal.
  • Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, self-damage, or modifications not performed by Lumevo.

2. Measures to Prevent Misuse

  • To protect our products from misuse, we have implemented several safety measures, such as a fuse in the wiring harness to safeguard both the harness and the light.
  • If it is determined that the product has been used with a third-party harness, the warranty will be void, and we shall not be responsible for any claims.

3. Proper Use and Assembly

  • Our products are designed for a complete plug-and-play system, making assembly easy without the need for any wire cutting. Any damage caused by improper installation or modification will not be covered under warranty.

4. Waterproof Standards

  • Our products are built to an IP68 waterproof grade, offering protection against splashes and heavy rain. However, they are not intended for underwater use. The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from submersion in water or improper use beyond the intended protection level.

5. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will not cover:

  • Any product used with a third-party harness.
  • Damage resulting from physical abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Issues arising from exposure to conditions beyond the product’s intended use, including submersion in water.

6. How to Claim Warranty

  • To claim a warranty, please ensure that you have registered your product within 7 days of purchase with a valid invoice.
  • The warranty number must be intact for any warranty claim to be processed.

7. Proper Usage of Lights

  • Our lights are designed for use while riding and should not be used at a standstill. The light shell is specifically designed to dissipate heat during motion, and prolonged use while stationary may reduce the lifespan of the LED chip and cause damage to the battery.
  • Lumevo is not responsible for any damage caused due to improper usage of the lights.

8. Battery Compatibility

  • Lumevo shall not be liable for improper product selection.
  • The X1 Plus model requires a minimum 5 AH battery, and the X2 Plus model requires a minimum 9 AH battery. Using these lights with a battery capacity lower than the recommended value may affect the motorcycle or car battery’s performance and could lead to further damage.
  • Lumevo does not recommend using incompatible batteries under any circumstances.

Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer is valid for all customers who have registered their Lumevo product for warranty.
  2. The customer must submit a written review of the product on the official Lumevo website.
  3. To be eligible, the customer must post a clear and genuine video featuring the product in use on Instagram/Facebook/YouTube, as per the guidelines.
  4. The post must be public and include the required hashtags and tags.
  5. Warranty extension will only be granted after successful verification of the post by the Lumevo team.
  6. Important: Extended warranty will not cover switches that are:
    • Physically broken
    • Tampered with or modified in any way
    • Damaged due to misuse, or improper installation
  7. The extended warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal usage.
  8. Lumevo reserves the right to approve or deny the warranty extension based on video and product condition.
